Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Palm Coast, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide construction services for PEP panel and System upgrades to aging PEP systems. Responses must be submitted electronically through the City’s Procurement Portal. Bidders must not contact Palm Coast staff or officials, and all questions about the intent or interpretations of solicitation documents must be submitted in writing through the portal. Bidders must sign, date, and return all addenda with their submittals. Only contractors attending the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be allowed to submit bids. All submittals will be evaluated by City staff according to the criteria in the solicitation documents, and the City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, waive formalities, solicit new bids, or abandon the project.
