This Invitation to Bid is Issued for the Purpose of Soliciting Bids From Qualifiedcontractors to Provide Construction Services to Rehab Two (2) Aging Pump Stations. Question Deadline 02/02/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Online Portal Any Questions concerning the Intent, Meaning and Interpretations of the Solicitation Documents Including the Draft Agreement,must Be Requested in Writing Through the Portal at Least Seven (7) Calendar Days Prior to the Due Date. Failure to Do So Could Result in Rejection of Thebid/proposal Submittal as Unresponsive. Award: All Submittals Will Be Evaluated by City Staff in Accordance With the Criteria Set Forth in the Solicitationdocuments. The City Reserves the Right to Reject All Submittals, to Waive Any Formalities, and to Solicit and Readvertise for New Bids/proposals, or to Abandon the Project in Its Entirety. Contractor shall provide hatches, piping, conduit, plug valves, pump outs, check valves, flange kits, . and stainless-steel hardware. Contractor shall provide all other needed material including, but not limited to schedule 40 stainless steel pipe, pump rails, fittings, air relief valves, risers, ram-neck, hardware, road base, concrete, and asphalt. Contractor will be responsible for sub-contracting and scheduling coating of pump station wet well with City approved product. Contractor shall provide by passing/pumping with SCADA and or back up pumping while station is off and or down. (FLOW THRU PLUGS ARE REQUESTED) Work shall be performed on one site at a time until group project is completed. It will be contractor's responsibility for all measurements. Contractor will be responsible for any damage to city's right away, road surfaces, and or any private properties. Contractor shall be responsible for always securing the construction site to maintain public safety and shall follow city's codes and standards. New hatches with safety grates per City standards will be required for both stations. Contractor shall have hatches cast into top slab as per city standards. Hatches shall be aligned and plumbed into the proper locations for efficient pump removal on supplied and installed guide rail system. Intent to Bid by Feb 11, 2026 2:00 PM EST
