Sealed bids are requested for road resurfacing at three locations: Avenue K (from 8th St to 9th St), 8th St (from Avenue J to Avenue M), and Avenue M (from 5th St to 8th St). Bids must be submitted by the specified deadline and late, faxed, or emailed bids will not be accepted or considered. Prospective bidders may obtain electronic copies of the construction plans and bid documents by contacting AIM Engineering & Surveying. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive deficiencies, accept bids or portions deemed in the OWNER's best interest, and take further actions as appropriate. All costs for preparing and submitting bids are the responsibility of the bidder. The OWNER will evaluate bids for responsiveness and may adjust project length if necessary due to budget constraints. The OWNER may also retain submitted bids and use any proposal ideas regardless of selection. Submission of a bid constitutes acceptance of the invitation's conditions unless specifically stated otherwise and confirmed in the contract.
