Proposal of a Master Plan that will be used to chart the next ten years for the City of Cortez Parks and Recreation Department. Scope of work to include: internal assessment and project administration; community engagement; resource and data collection; issue identification; implementation; and development of final plans and supporting material. Each section is outlined in detail with specific consultant deliverables. This Master Plan should be based upon a firm understanding of the department’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and be a community-inspired, actionable plan for implementation. Bid Submission Process: Two (2) hard copies of the proposal and one (1) electronic copy via USB of the proposal is due by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, in a sealed envelope, at 110 West Progress Circle, Cortez, CO 81321. The submitted proposal must be titled with the RFP Number, RFP Title, and the Offeror’s name as follows: GS-26-PRMP, 2026 City of Cortez Parks and Recreation Master Plan, Offeror’s Company Name.
