Progress Circle, Cortez, CO 81321, in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. Bidders shall submit pricing for both of the following options: (1) a roof overlay consisting of furnishing and installing a new roofing system over the existing roof, and (2) a remove and replace option consisting of complete removal and disposal of the existing roof system and installation of a new roofing system. Both bid options shall include a 20-year (NDL) Manufacturer Warranty and shall consist of new coverboard, tapered insulation (minimum R-30 equivalent), 60-mil TPO membrane, coping cap metal, new roof drains, new parapet caps, new edge flashing, and all manufacturer-required sealants and accessories necessary to complete the work. Bids must include pricing for both options; bids that do not include both will not be considered.
