Sealed proposals are invited for performing the work of Carmel Meadows Easement Sewer Pipeline Repair. The proposals will be received by the Carmel Area Wastewater District at their office for the specified project. The District Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities of any bids, or re-advertise for all or any part of the work. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty calendar days after the set bid opening date. Drawings, specifications, and proposal forms are available at no charge by emailing or calling the District Engineer. will receive sealed bids for performing the construction of Carmel Area Wastewater District Carmel Meadows Easement Sewer Pipeline Repair according to the Drawings and Project Manual including Specifications prepared by Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, Inc. accepted by the Owner and described in general as: 1. Selective demolition of the existing manholes, frames and covers, 2. Demolition of approximately 70 linear feet of exposed and elevated sewer pipeline, 3. Repair and rehabilitate existing sewer manholes along the pipeline alignment, 4. Restore existing access trail along the pipeline repair section, 5. Install new pipe supports along repair pipeline section, 6. Install approximately 70 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron pipeline and restrained joint connections, 7. All other associated work shown on the Drawings and described in the Specifications.
