New wood baseboard to match existing kitchen baseboard in size and profile (up to 2'-0" per location). Remove deteriorated or damaged gypsum wallboard (one layer) not scheduled for replacement and replace with new plaster base with veneer plaster finish. Patch and paint 2-hour fire-rated gypsum wallboard assembly (two layers) in the Boiler Room within building 7.\Remove, dispose, and replace 10' of damaged, corroded or cracked 4" cast iron drain piping.
