Additionally, the project includes the removal of existing road materials; installation of storm underdrain; and subbase, base, and asphalt replacement on Indian Trail in the City of East Grand Rapids. The right is reserved by the City of East Grand Rapids to accept any proposal, reject any or all proposals, and to waive informalities in bidding when it is deemed to be in the interest of the City of East Grand Rapids.
