Site work for a water / sewer project in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project involves the extension of the sanitary sub-trunk approximately 5,000 LF to a point west of Cosgray Road and north of Hayden Run Road to serve developing areas within the City service area. The goal is to provide sanitary sewer services to a currently unserved area as well as to future nearby areas. The work will require permitting, construction, and inspection for approximately 5,000 LF of sanitary sub-trunk sewer and other related work as described in the plans and specifications necessary to complete the contract. Bids are to be submitted only through Bid Express. All bid documents, including the Invitation for Bid, technical specifications, plans, and future addenda, will be available for review and download on Bid Express. Firms must meet the mandatory requirements stated in the IFB for their bid to be considered for contract award. There will be no pre-bid conference for this project. Questions pertaining to this Invitation For Bid must be submitted by 01/23/26, 5:00 PM Eastern Time, via email to DPUConstructionBids@columbus.gov.
