A. Additions, renovations, and site enhancements to Westfield High School and its surrounding campus. The total Cost for this work is estimated at $100 million with $88 million allocated for direct construction. B. WWS reserves the right to include additional scope under this agreement if mutually agreed upon by both parties. Any changes agreed upon are subject to the change order process in WWSs contract with the selected CMc. C. The successful CMc will help determine the best overall strategy for completing the work in respect to timing of the bidding, scope of packages, and phasing of work. Please note this work is to occur on active school campus and will require coordination of activities for minimal disruption. Westfield Washington Schools requests any Construction Manager as Constructor interested in being considered for a construction project at Westfield High School to submit a Verified Statement of Proposal to provide Construction Manager as Constructor Services for the Project. Proposals must comply with Indiana Code 5-32 and the Request for Proposals. Only those meeting the definition of construction manager as constructor in Indiana Code Section 5-32-2-5 may respond. The Owner and Evaluation Committee will review proposals against established selection criteria and may reject any or all responses at their discretion. Communication with the Owner is restricted as specified, and any unauthorized contact may result in disqualification. The Owner also reserves the right to terminate the process at any time prior to executing the contract, with no liability for costs incurred by proposers.
