Reference number: 20117839 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-02-05 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 7 Description The Municipality of Boischatel (hereinafter: the Municipality) is requesting bids to obtain the services of a company for the rehabilitation work on Bourbeau Street, including a partial rehabilitation of Notre-Dame, Montmorency and Royale Avenue. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT Repair of approximately 525 metres of water, sanitary and storm sewer lines; Construction of the new street including foundations and paving over a length of approximately 750 meters, including interventions on Notre-Dame, Montmorency and two parking lanes; Roadworks and redevelopment of the intersection of Royale Avenue and Bourbeau Street; Lighting and electrical works; Installation of light signals at the intersection of Bourbeau Street and Royale Avenue; The reconstruction and redevelopment of part of the parking lot and access to CPE L'Enchanté; Landscaping work including concrete and granite curbstones, sidewalk construction, lawn-filling, rear repairs, etc.; Various related repair and development work required for the project. The entirety of the work must be completed by October 17, 2026 at the latest, including the paving work.
