Reference number: 20118944 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-02-11 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 6 Description The Municipality of Boischatel (hereinafter: the Municipality) wishes to obtain bids for the reconstruction project of the Rochers Sud pumping station, which is located at 355, rue des Rochers, including all requirements stipulated in the plans and specifications. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and will not be liable to either bidder if all bids are rejected. The contract is awarded by a decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council.
