The selected firm shall be responsible for providing all Construction Management (CM) Services, all required third-party testing and inspection services, and all commissioning services for the entirety of this project for Juvenile Hall Redevelopment Phase II. Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the scope of work. Contractors or subcontractors are only permitted to respond to or be involved with one solicitation for Juvenile Hall Redevelopment Phase II. If a contractor or subcontractor is found to be involved with responses to both solicitations, all bids including that contractor or subcontractor shall be automatically disqualified from consideration for award.
