Furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, testing equipment, and certification services required for Biological Safety Cabinets, Chemical Fume Hoods, and Laminar Flow Clean Benches located at the Portland Oregon VA Medical Center. Work includes performing all required testing, certification, and verification activities necessary to ensure proper operation, compliance, and safety in accordance with applicable standards. All services shall be delivered by qualified personnel and shall include the provision of all tools, instrumentation, consumables, and documentation required to complete certification activities. Services shall be performed in accordance with all applicable regulatory, industry, and manufacturer requirements for the certification of these systems. Contractors shall provide capability statements demonstrating the ability to meet all service requirements under NAICS 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services.
