Description

Renovation of a detention facility in Mexico, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

Audrain County Sheriff's Offices is accepting sealed bids for a heat pump and replacement for the Jail. The Audrain County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any, or all bids. o Furnish and install Trane water source heat pump o Power down existing unit o Disconnect all electrical, plumbing and duct work connections o Remove existing unit and replace with new unit o Reconnection all electrical, plumbing and duct work connections o Perform start up and check operations Removal and installation Information o Crane is needed, the unit is inside an attic space with roof access o Cart or Dollie - something to move the existing until from the space to the roof. There is a door to the roof the units will have to go through, there is about 2-foot drop down from the roof to the floor of the attic space. The units will have to lifted up and down from the edge of the building and moved to the access door, about 100 feet.
