The Gateway Development Commission is soliciting responses to a Request for Qualifications for the 10th Avenue Tunnel and A-Yard (Package P2A). The scope of work includes heavy civil work for the 10th Avenue Tunnel and within A-Yard, with work to be executed on 10th Avenue from street level and within A-Yard at track level. GDC is conducting a two-step, Best Value procurement process: an RFQ followed by a Request for Proposal from firms qualified as a result of the RFQ, with the goal of selecting a Contractor.
