Site work, paving and new construction of a water / sewer project in Medina, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for paving for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete-in-place of a new sanitary sewer lift station that includes a precast valve vault, precast wet well, submersible pumps, valves, piping, controls, and site work. Site work includes mass grading, bituminous and concrete paving, erosion control, restoration, traffic control, and appurtenant work. Question Deadline 02/05/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Bidders and anyone submitting a response are required to comply with the provisions of Minn. Stat. 16c.285 Responsible Contractor. Bids will only be accepted via the electronic bidding service through Questcdn. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. For all requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the instructions to bidders included in the bidding documents.
