Bids must be accompanied by the electronic verified Bidder's Bond payable without recourse to Three Rivers Park District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the full amount of the Contract Sum, will be required of the successful bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after bids are opened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities and formalities in order to award the contract in the best interests of Three Rivers Park District. No pre-bid meeting will be held. For furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and skill required for work as described in the Bidding Documents. Scope :- The project includes grading and construction work necessary to realign the existing trail pavement into Baker Park Reserve and deconstruction of the existing trail and slope adjacent to County Road 19. The project also includes erosion repairs within a drainage channel.
