Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, devices, and materials to perform civil site work construction services throughout the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District under a three-year Blanket Purchase Agreement. Work may include earthwork such as excavation and grading; paved and gravel road repairs and construction including asphalt pavement sealing; sidewalk repairs and construction; masonry and concrete repairs and construction; stone wall repairs and construction; slope and bank repairs and erosion control both above water and in-stream; installation and maintenance of erosion and sediment environmental controls; guardrail repairs and installation; stormwater control including culverts, manholes, and other drainage features; and fencing installation and repairs for wood, chain-link, metal, and composite systems. Services may be performed at 22 navigation locks and dams, 16 multipurpose flood-damage reduction reservoirs, a remote operations site, and maintenance and repair facilities located in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, with potential work across the USACE Lakes and Rivers Division. No single BPA Call may exceed $35,000 in total labor and materials, and contractor-furnished materials may not exceed $15,000 per Call, with a BPA Master Dollar Limit of $350,000. All work shall comply with applicable specifications and federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards.
