Description

Site work for an educational facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

Site Lighting Upgrade The work shall be completed by a qualified mechanical contractor who shall submit a turn- key proposal for the Design/Build Site Lighting work for retrofit systems installation work at Mehlville School District (Various Campuses) as specified and as required by code. Only Design-Build contractors meeting the requirements within the specifications will be considered as qualified bidders. Bidders must provide, with the bid, a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the proposed contract sum. No cashier checks allowed. Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of 100% of the proposal will be required by the successful primary contractor using sub-contractors. The cost of the bonds will be the responsibility of the selected contractor. All Bidders whose bids are in excess of $5,000.00 must provide with their bid the Federal Work Authorization Program (FWAP) Affidavit of Compliance and Verification Form with respect to employees working in connection with the contracted services, affirming enrollment in a FWAP. Questions concerning this project shall be received in writing only. No questions shall be submitted to the Owner.
