Site work for a water / sewer project in North Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Phase 1 includes installation of a new 21" PVC sewer main on Century Dr between 430 W and around 1036 Century Dr, including reinstatement of lateral connections, new manholes, abandonment of existing 8" sewer line, and relocation of a water meter vault. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Unsealed or segregated Bids will not be accepted. For information about the award of this Construction Contract, contact: Heather Wadman at (801) 629-8199. The Work will be Substantially Completed 200 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid that best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City.
