The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Install detention pond weir structures, excavate, regrade, and seed bottom of detention pond, install low flow channel with erosion matting, install 36" Storm Outfall, 1,515 linear feet of RCP, 12 manholes, 10 catch basins, two 8" water main loops, and replacing some water service laterals The location of the work is: Detention pond at 450 E 1150 N, Ridge Place Drive, Jefferson Ave, 1100 N. The estimated cost of the work is $ 1250000 Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder after tabulation and in accordance with Document 00 20 00, Section 2.3.D. The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid that best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City. Question Deadline 02/16/2026 All requests for interpretation of the Contract Documents shall be made in writing and delivered to the Engineer no later than 72 hours prior to opening of Bids. Engineer will publish interpretations on the City Website in the form of a Written Addendum.
