The Wissahickon School District is soliciting sealed bids for the Middle School Boiler Plant Replacement in the form of single prime lump sum contracts. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Director of Facilities at the WSD Administration Building. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted at the Middle School, and non-attendees will not be permitted to bid. Prospective bidders must obtain the Contract Documents in PDF format from CHA after payment of a non-refundable fee. Bidders are required to supply the contract they are bidding on, company name, contact person, complete address, phone and cellular numbers, and email address when requesting documents. Cash payments are not accepted; only checks or money orders payable to 'CHA' are allowed. Documents will be available electronically from CHA after payment is received. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed as listed below. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Question Deadline 02/13/2026
