**As of March 31st 2026, the project was awarded to Holley Development Corporation, with an awarded amount of $172,853.92** Okaloosa County is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of a prefabricated Hazardous Materials Storage Building meeting the specifications . The existing building is over 30 years old and has experienced significant wear and tear from longterm exposure to the elements. The new building will be located within an 11,000+ square-foot metal structure, which will help protect and extend the life of the storage facility for many years to come. Question Deadline 02/03/2026 at 3:00 PM CT All questions or inquiries must be received online. The County reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsive respondent and to waive any irregularity or technicality in bids received. Okaloosa County shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting Agreement that is in its best interest, and its decision shall be final.
