Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Deming, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide design And permitting services for :(1) replacement of approximately 4,400 feet of Existing pipe and repair/replacement of six spring head boxes; and (2) Construction of approximately 1,700 feet of new access pathways and repairs To the existing roadway.
