Mount Baker School District is seeking proposals from firms capable of completing an OSPI Study & Survey update, Natural Hazards Assessment, sports field improvements, and providing standard architectural and engineering support for district-wide capital projects, including specific 2025-2030 capital levy projects. The District intends to select one or more firms based on qualifications. Specific tasks may include: completion and upload of an OSPI Study and Survey (as specified by OSPI requirements), conducting an OSPI Natural Hazard Assessment and entering data, sports field improvements, and providing A/E support for capital levy projects from design through construction administration. Instructions to bidders require an electronic submittal that includes: a letter of introduction, list of relevant experience with OSPI grant programs, listing of K-12 projects in Washington State, organizational chart and key personnel resumes, examples of three previous successful school district clients (including contact information), and experience in assisting with capital levy projects. Submittals are limited to 20 single-sided or 10 double-sided 8.5x11 pages total, with covers/dividers not counted in the limit.
