Renovation of an office development in Pond Inlet, Nunavut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
Work under this contract consists of but not necessarily limited to the interior renovation of existing office space to create new office configuration. The scope of work involves the demolition of interior non-load-bearing partitions with some minor alterations to the existing rated wall assemblies. The work involves mechanical, electrical and sprinkler modifications including renovation of kitchen and staff washroom and as noted in drawings and specifications.
