Description

Demolition and renovation of a laboratory facility in Laramie, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

All labor and materials for demolition and replacement of evaporative cooling systems in two roof top air handling units. Only bids submitted electronically through the Public Purchase site and on University of Wyoming forms will be considered. Work for this project includes demolition, materials, labor, transportation, security, temporary construction and other items identified in, or reasonably inferable from the Construction Drawings and Project Manual and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. 2. This is a project that requires work in existing roof-level mechanical rooms, through interstitial spaces between conditioned areas and inside a existing air handling unit cabinets and vestibules. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request to the Owner, no later than 12:00 pm (MST), February 11, 2026, via online
