Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Magnetic Springs, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Sealed bids are requested for the construction of a quarter-mile paved walking trail and a gravel-based parking lot at the old Leesburg-Magnetic School site in Magnetic Springs, Ohio. The walking trail must have an asphalt millings base compacted to at least 6 inches, be 10 feet wide for the asphaltoverlay, and maintain existing drainage, with a 9-foot wide, 3-inch thick, 1-layer 448 type-1 surface grade asphalt top. The bidder is responsible for all clearing, grubbing, and earthwork or subgrade as part of the project. The parking lot is to be 180 feet long and 15 feet wide, with a minimum of 4 inches of 57-limestone gravel base, including all incidental clearing, grubbing, and earthwork.
