Site work for a water / sewer project in Covington, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of installing a new 16-inch water main from Arrowhead Drive to Bausman Road on Washington Road. This project includes installation of water services, main, valves, and hydrants along a 6,300-foot extension. Electronic bids can only be submitted through Bid Express. Free registration with Bid Express allows bidders to review and print all project plans. An electronic signature and either a per-bid fee or a monthly subscription fee are required to submit an electronic bid. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates of Public Improvements in Miami County and the City of Piqua, Ohio, as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. No Bidder shall withdraw their Bid after the actual opening thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in any Bid, and accept any Bid that is deemed by the City to be most favorable to the City.
