Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Covington, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
MIA-Broadway-03.90 PID No. 119367 Village of Covington The project involves Right of Way Acquisition Services, Title Research, Value Analysis, Appraisal, Negotiation and Closing for the reconstruction of Broadway Street (US 36) from the east side of the bridge over the Stillwater River to Larry Avenue including the installation of new pavement, curb and gutter, ADA Compliant Curb ramps, storm drainage system including manholes, pipes and catch basins, and pavement markings. It is estimated there will be 5 permanent and 22 temporary parcels requiring acquisition. Additionally, the project will include full-depth pavement repairs of Broadway Street from SR 48 to Larry Avenue. Work within this project segment will occur entirely within the existing right-of- way and will not include instream work, pipe replacements, ditch work, tree removals, or utility impacts. Roadway and pedestrian traffic on this segment will be maintained. Estimated Construction Cost: $1,948,470.00 Estimated End Construction 10/15/2028 It is anticipated that the selected Consultant will be authorized to proceed by January 2026. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
