Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Covington, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
For Rudy Property Demo, and at that time will be publicly opened and read aloud. The base estimate of probable costs for these projects are $1,035,000 (Bid Contract A), $527,500 (bid Contract B), and $330,000 (Rudy Demo.) as identified in bid documents. Bidders shall not be responsible for paying sales taxes on materials incorporated into the structure. Estimated construction time: Six (6) months for complete installation of each bid package (at the same time). Final completion date and start-up of Splashpad to be coordinated with Owner. This project must follow all and the latest Davis Bacon wage rules, regulations and rates. This project must follow buy America rules and regulations as noted at the end of this section. This is a Single Prime Contract for each bid packages. Contactors can bid on all packages separately (must be kept separate due to funding sources). The contract documents, including plans and specifications, are on file at the Village Government Center and the Architect/Engineer -- Poggemeyer Design Group, Inc. (PDG). Shipping and tax charges are the bidder's responsibility and payable directly to Becker Impressions. Neither the Owner nor the design team are responsible for any missed sections or communication if documents are not obtained directly from the printing company.
