Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the project name and the bidder's name. Late bids will be returned unopened. Bidding documents are available in hard copy or .pdf electronic format by written request. All questions regarding contract documents, technical sections, legal documents, and bid submission must be directed in writing to the designated email address. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the stated location and time.
