Description

Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 1,200-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

Contact with Grady Health System's administration, staff, and board members regarding this RFP is strictly prohibited during the selection process Architectural and engineering design services, using the existing/adjacent six operating rooms as "typical" to build-out/fit-out two shelled Operating Rooms, totaling approximately 1,200 s.f.. Project Schedule Key milestone dates below indicate the current best forecast and are subject to change o Design Services Kickoff: on or about March 9, 2026 o Preconstruction Pricing of Design Packages scheduled to occur at the Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Document Phases. o Construction anticipated to begin on or about June 29, 2026 o CORRELL PAVILION O.R. SHELL BUILD-OUT completion anticipated on or before March 5, 2027 RFI's Due Monday, February 9, 2026 - 12:00 noon
