The Project includes the following Work: This project involves the construction of a common wall 0.35 MGD activated sludge wastewater treatment plant, rehabilitation of two lift stations, and construction of an operations building. The project involves rehabilitation of two on-site lift stations, select demolition and electrical work The City of Mart reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the Bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating Bid prices, to reject any or all offers, and/or waive formalities. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days from date on which Bids are opened.
