The Scope of Services generally consists of consulting engineering services to facilitate the re-assessment of the City’s Public Water System as defined by the ODW Terms of Reference for an Engineering Assessment of a Public Water System. The Services required under this Contract include: Project Management, Records and Historical Document Review, Regulator and Owner Interviews, Site Inspections, and Preparation and Submission of the re-assessment of the City of Winnipeg Public Water System Report. The services are specific to Advisory Services and must be in accordance with the City’s Project Management Manual and associated templates. Consultants are expected to use their professional expertise and advise if any aspect of the City’s Project Management Manual or templates is not consistent with Good Industry Practice.
