B402 Install HVAC Chase Doors at Shaw Air Force Base consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to install HVAC chase doors in Building 402. Work must comply with all applicable codes, base standards, and project specifications. The period of performance may not exceed 30 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A site visit is scheduled, and base access requires prior coordination. All questions must be submitted in writing by the stated deadline, and proposals are due by 16 February 2026 at 2:00 P.M. EST. All amendments to the solicitation must be acknowledged by completing and signing the designated blocks of the SF1442 to ensure eligibility for award.
