Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Purpose of This Project is to Construct the Backup Power Supply to the Kfsb/kec Site. The following scopes are included in this bid package GENERAL TRADES PACKAGE METAL WALL PANELS JOINT SEALANTS DFH OVER HEAD DOOR GLASS & GLAZING FRAMING ASSEMBLIES PAINTING SPECIALTIES FENCING LANDSCAPING CONCRETE MASONRY STRUCTURAL STEEL ROOFING PLUMBING HVAC SITEWORK ELECTRICAL & TECHNOLOGY PACKAGE in addition to the control building, fire alarm, and generator pad, The electrical scope includes work in: Broadbent arena North Wing first floor The East Hall South wing and south wing mezzanine Freedom Hall basement All technical questions during the bidding period should be referred to Seth Cook & Tom Hitchcock via email to: kec@calhounconstructs.com. Submit in writing via e-mail no later than February 5th at 2:00p.m. (EST) to provide adequate response time prior to the bid date. Technical questions submitted after this time will not be accepted.
