Site work and new construction of a development in Florham Park, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,500-square-foot development; and for site work for a development.

The project consists of constructing a 4,500 SF Veteran's Memorial, which includes excavation, installation of stone subbase, concrete pavers, seating, statues, granite monuments, site and decorative lighting, and planting beds, in accordance with the Site Plan from the Borough of Florham Park. The site is located southwest of the Borough Hall building within the Borough Hall Complex. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked with the contract name and number, and must include the name and address of the bidder. Submissions must be made on provided forms and include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of not less than 10% of the total bid (minimum $500, maximum $20,000), along with a Consent of Surety and a Non-Collusion Affidavit and Record of Recent Contract Awards. Bidders must comply with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, affirmative action requirements, and provide a Business Registration Certificate at the time of bid. Statements of ownership listing all individuals with 10% or more interest in the bidding entity are required. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after opening. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder or all bids may be rejected. The Borough reserves the right to delete work sections after the award and to reject any or all bids. Proposals will only be accepted from qualified bidders, and bidders are encouraged to visit the site.
