Site work for a water / sewer project in Palatka, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall disconnect and remove the existing American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) certified Hydropneumatic Pressure Tank at Rodman Campground, 108 Rodman Dam Road, Palatka, FL 32177. The Contractor shall provide and install a new 1,500-gallon horizontal Hydropneumatic Pressure Tank. Tank shall be constructed from carbon steel and designed in accordance with ASME-code for a working pressure of 150 psi. The tank shall be factory-primed and painted, both internally and externally, and shall be delivered ready for service. Work shall be performed only during the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, EST, Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays. Respondents interested in submitting a Response must comply with all of the terms and conditions described. All prospective Respondents must report to the specified location for a mandatory Pre-Response Site Visit at the scheduled time. The Bidder shall notify the Procurement Officer of their plans to attend the mandatory Pre-Response Site Visit via email at least two (2) business days prior to the scheduled date. Any responses to questions asked during the Site Visit shall not be considered binding. Only questions submitted in writing and answered through the specified process are considered binding.
