Maintenance and Protection of Traffic J. Mobilization Chester City is performing roadway rehabilitation work along several of its roads and within the City. B. The roadway rehabilitation work consists of, but is not limited to, the following work: Mill and overlay of street, ADA compliant curb ramp construction, and striping of repaved streets with existing striping.
