Remodeling of a municipal facility in Darien, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Sealed bids are sought from licensed firms for the installation of two new mini split HVAC units at Town Hall in the Visual Arts Room. Bid proposals must be completed and enclosed in sealed outer and inner envelopes, both labeled with the title and bid number. Full bid information and documents are available on the Town of Darien website and at the Department of Public Works at Town Hall. The Town encourages participation from Minority/Women's Business Enterprises and reserves the right to reject any or all bids. QA date - 1-29-2026 All questions regarding the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to the Owner in writing. Any interpretations or clarifications deemed necessary by the Owner will be issued by Addenda to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received fewer than seven (7) days before the bid opening may not be answered.
