Rowan County anticipates awarding a single master contract to support site selection and design for new or renovated facilities within the Rowan County Parks and Recreation Therapeutic Division, with particular emphasis on services for adults with disabilities. Rowan County reserves the right to award and/or reject any and/or all submittals and waive any technicalities or irregularities. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
