Site work for a water / sewer project in Oswego, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Improvements to the existing process waste lagoon including construction staking; clearing and grubbing; demolition, earthwork, excavation, sorting and stockpiling of material within project area; construction of laydown areas, entrances and roads including gravel surface, base and subbase; installation and maintenance of erosion control devices; construction of drainage diversion; construction of new expansion cell lagoon system with piping, embankment, liner, riprap, structures and fencing; construction of process waste piping; finish grading, seeding and mulching. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, waive irregularities in a proposal, or negotiate if it appears to be in the best interest of the City.
