Shaler Township is requesting bids for construction for the Department of Public Works Generator Project, Contract No. 2026-01. Sealed bids are to be submitted to Shaler Township. Bidding documents can be obtained from Accu-Copy at 302 Thomson Park Drive, Cranberry Township, PA 16066, during business hours for a fee. Only complete sets of bidding documents are available. Prospective bidders are instructed to refer to the Instructions to Bidders in the bidding documents for bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award requirements. Contractors must pay prevailing minimum wage rates as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry and comply with employment nondiscrimination requirements. Compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act, Act 127 of 2012, is also required. All steel products used must be made in the United States. The owner reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bids received.
