Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is seeking bids from qualified firms to purchase BARD 5 Ton HVAC Units. All four units may be received at once or individually and delivered to 4817 Rowlett Rd, Rowlett, TX 75088. The award will be based on the lowest responsive bid that meets all requirements listed in the Scope of Work. All required documents must be included with the bid to be considered responsive. Bidders must ensure all required solicitation documents are fully completed and submitted in accordance with the provided instructions. All forms must be accurately and fully completed, with all required signatures, dates, acknowledgments, and requested supporting documentation included as specified. The Authority reserves the right to reject any bid that does not comply with these requirements. BONFIRE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A BID. All purchase orders are subject to Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority's Terms and Conditions. Time and rate of deliveries are of the essence; failure to deliver as specified may result in rejection and default termination. DART's payment terms are Net 30. Invoices shall be submitted in triplicate, with one copy marked 'Original', and must contain the purchase order number, item number, description, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. Payment will be made on partial deliveries if the amount due so warrants. The Contracting Officer may terminate the order for failure of the Seller to perform any provisions within the specified time periods.
