Renovation of a municipal facility in El Paso, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Provide all materials, equipment, labor, coordination, and supervisory activities necessary to complete construction of the project as fully described in the project manual and project drawings, which include specifications, drawings, and other contract documents prepared by the architect/engineer of record and the Texas Facilities Commission. The scope includes but is not limited to: portable toilets, temporary fencing, scaffolding, site work including site clean-up, door installation, siding installation and repair, general construction such as backfill services, digging, ditching, road grading, excavation, carpentry, concrete, electrical, heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), metal work, roofing and siding, structural steel, welding, HVAC systems maintenance and repair, hauling services, and building rental or lease. Construction is required to commence within fourteen calendar days after notice to proceed is issued. The contract period is projected for seven hundred thirty calendar days except as may be amended or negotiated. All respondents must attend at least one of the mandatory pre-submittal teleconferences and must submit responses via the Bonfire eProcurement system after registering for an account.
