Site work for a water / sewer project in Lisbon, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes the construction of the North End & SR45 Waterline Extension. The base project consists of approximately 3,115 linear feet of 12-inch AWWA C906 DR13.5 waterline and 823 linear feet of 8-inch AWWA C906 DR13.5 waterline. There is also a bid alternate consisting of approximately 690 linear feet of 10-inch AWWA C906 DR13.5 waterline. The completion date is 150 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. All proposals must be sealed and marked for the North End & SR45 Waterline Extension and addressed appropriately. Bidders may be required to provide references and detailed information to allow the owner to judge responsibility, experience, skill, and financial standing. Bids from contractors inexperienced in this type of work will not be awarded a contract. Bidders must comply with Davis Bacon wage rates. Each bidder is required to furnish a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, and the bid security must be issued by a surety company licensed in Ohio. Proposals must include the full name of all parties interested, and bidders must submit evidence of experience on similar projects. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, increase or omit items, waive informalities or irregularities, and award to the lowest and/or best bidder.
