The Municipality of the County of Victoria is requesting Standing Offers for the provision of construction, maintenance, and repair services for municipal infrastructure. Particular emphasis will be placed on demonstrated experience working in proximity to, or directly with water distribution systems and sanitary sewers The Municipality of the County of Victoria reserves the right to reject all offers or to accept any offer or part thereof considered to be in its best interest. Services may include, but are not limited to: Excavation and backfilling municipal water and sewer mains. Emergency repairs (including after-hours) response. Road and road shoulder surface restoration associated with utility line excavations. Coordination with municipal operations staff. Traffic control and public safety measures. Compliance with environmental protection and erosion control requirements. All work must be completed in accordance with applicable municipal standards, provincial regulations and industry best practices. Estimated Duration of Contract (months) 12
