Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Removal and replacement of three horizontal split case booster pumps at the HCMUD 55 water plant. Also includes replacement of piping adjacent to pumps. Bidders must furnish all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental to the construction of the booster pump replacement. Bids must be accompanied by a cashier’s check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. The successful bidder is required to provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. All bids and bid securities must be submitted in compliance with Owner’s Order Adopting Section 49.2731 Electronic Bidding Rules if submitting electronically. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
